Vyhlásenie o migrácii

skupiny členov združenia Neformálne ekonomické fórum Hospodársky klub a jeho Medzinárodného mierového výboru 

Skutočne   sme sa všetci vďaka korporátnym médiám a tzv. „slniečkárom“ stali v úvodzovkách takými „ostýchavými“ a v podstate zbabelými, že sa zdráhame  jednoducho nazvať hlupáka – hlupákom, podliaka – podliakom, parazita – parazitom?  Asi nie. Stále  nám tu hrozia len islamizáciou, nebolo by načase povedať aj iné. Spisovateľ Ivan Jefremov, s poľutovaním v románe „Hodina býka“, konštatuje toto: „Bohužiaľ, hlavná náboženská kniha najviac technická a mocná z minulých civilizácií – biela – bola Biblia, naplnená zlom, zradou, kmeňovým nepriateľstvom a nekonečným vraždením....“

V danom prípade  však hovoríme nie o stáročných sporoch a vojnách, ani nie o tom, ktoré z „Písiem“ je tým pravým, ktorá viera ako jediná prináša svetu spásu.  Sú to žabomyšie spory v tom, že sa zabúda na podstatu náboženskej viery tj.  na pôsobenie jej pôvodných humanistických ideálov. Hovoríme tu o sporoch pri ktorých národoch stojí Boh,  dokonca o tom  „ktorý národ je vyvolený“. To všetko sú  „rečičky“, pričom vzhľadom na situáciu, je čas konečne dospieť k rozhodnutiu, aby sme sa vzájomne ako druh „homo“ nevyhubili.

Súčasná migrácia je precízne politicky a mediálne organizovaný stret s našou európskou civilizáciou. Ak vychádzame Huntingtonovej knihy „Stretu civilizácií“, autor stret civilizácií vnímal len ako potenciu v ďalekej budúcnosti. Diabol, ak máme veriť v jeho existenciu, tak určite niektorým politikom našepkal.

Ale prečo neurýchliť tento stret ?

Preto dnešný odchádzajúci „dolárový svet“ zorganizoval vojny v Afrike a na Strednom východe. Vďaka nositeľke nemeckej moci kancelárke A. Merkelovej, ktorá sa úspešne podieľa na importe  migrantov do EÚ, tu máme, čo máme. Takže, pani Merkelová, krátke poučenie len na základe vašich slov z čias, keď ste boli kancelárkou menej ako rok „že  rozhodovať budú ministerskí predsedovia“, malý odkaz.  Láska mínus zodpovednosť za dôsledky svojich činov nie je nič viac ako hlúpučká dobromyseľnosť. Len na okraj, na Slovensku hovoríme, že  „dobrými úmyslami je do pekla cesta dláždená“. Už dnes však pociťujú vaši občania peklo vašich rozhodnutí. Ale poďme ďalej, ako hovoril Viktor Hugo: „Na svete nie je nič mocnejšieho ako myšlienka, ktorá prišla včas“.  Len dúfam, že tieto naše myšlienky dorazia k vám včas.

Aj  na Slovensku sme svedkami, že nie všetky sociálne skupiny konajú vo verejnej politike otvorene. Niektoré z nich sa utajujú pred spoločnosťou, robiac zákulisnú politiku, alebo, zaoberajúc sa ňou,  snažia sa vytvoriť u okolia dojem, že sa zaoberajú nie politikou, ale niečím iným. Nuž, povedzme, naše združenie - náš klub bez akéhokoľvek ostýchania sa verejne zaoberá politikou. Nie preto, že by to bola jeho primárna úloha, ale vzťah ekonomika a politika je neoddiskutovateľný. Náš klub nevytvára nejaké sprisahania, ako sme svedkami u mnohých zahraničím platených mimovládnych organizácií. A keď sme už túto tému načali, treba povedať, že so sprisahaniami to nie je až tak jednoduché. V  každom skutočnom sprisahaní existuje vlastný „mozgový trust“,  ktorý zadáva, definuje ciele sprisahania, určuje cesty a prostriedky ich uskutočnenia, kontroluje priebeh vypĺňania plánov a  v prípade nevyhnutnosti plány koriguje. Popri tom existuje aj výkonná periféria dobrovoľných a niekedy aj platených užitočných hlupákov a tých veru nie je málo ani na Slovensku.

Vzhľadom na uvedené okolnosti, možno každý historický proces vždy presne opísať, lebo národy udržujú svoj rodný jazyk pomocou obsažných pojmov, nie ako médiá, ktoré zasadne používajú tie bezobsažné, teda ak neklamú doslovne v priamom prenose. V tom je výhoda spoločenskej pamäte, ktorá k výkladu histórie nepotrebuje rôzne propagandistické a jazykové ústavy.  Preto je úlohou nášho klubu, aby sme v otvorenej diskusii určovali smerovanie vývoja kultúry našich členov, životný štýl a logiku vedenia nášho sociálneho správania.

                Našim ekonomickým zameraním klubu nemôžeme dopustiť, aby ekonomická veda, vyučujúca objektívne javy celospoločenského spájania špecializovanej práce ako je integrácia, korporatizácia odvetví a procesy riadenia vo výrobe a distribúcii tovarov a služieb, redukovala len na akési zbožné  priania o ekonomickom prínose migrantov. 

Ekonomický dopad migrácie je reálny jav a treba ho preskúmať. V prvom rade sa musíme zamerať na  štruktúru, o ktorej však nemáme žiadne poznatky, lebo nevieme ani koľko a akých migrantov došlo. To bude v budúcnosti zvyšovať tlak na nezamestnanosť aj na Slovensku. Základný súbor opatrení voči ekonomickým migrantom, zdôrazňujeme ekonomickým migrantom, by mal vyzerať nasledovne:

1. Odporúčame vláde SR, štatisticky sledovať štruktúre a počty aspoň v týchto oblastiach:

• nekvalifikovaní – ľudia so žiadnym alebo základným vzdelaním ( základná škola );
• polokvalifikovaní – ľudia so stredným vzdelaním ( stredná škola );
• kvalifikovaní – ľudia so vzdelaním prvého, resp. druhého stupňa ( vysoká škola s titulom napríklad Bc. – 1.stupeň, alebo s titulom napríklad Ing., Mgr., atď. – 2.stupeň );
• vysoko kvalifikovaní – ľudia so vzdelaním tretieho stupňa (doktorandské štúdium – napríklad titul PhD.) a vyšších stupňov.

2. V právnej oblasti riadne zadefinovať celú oblasť pracovných povolení v nadväznosti na získanie občianstva v členskej krajine EÚ - podľa zásady „lex domici“ – teda domáceho práva členskej krajiny.
3. V oblasti financií odporúčame vláde  sledovať remitenciu, ktorou označujeme financie, ktoré plynú do zahraničia pre rodinu migranta.  Je treba sledovať ich objem a zaviesť ich dôslednú štátnu reguláciu. Regulácia bude sekundárne pôsobiť na určovanie smeru pohybu migrácie. Sem zahrnúť aj náklady na ich integráciu do spoločnosti.
4.  V oblasti školstva dôsledne uplatňovať vymáhanie nákladov na jazykovú a inú prípravu takejto pracovnej sily.

Našťastie Slovensko nie je kolonizujúcou krajinou a tak je zbavené tlaku, ktorý napríklad vyvoláva inštitút občianstva v Británii, Francúzsku, Holandsku a podobne. Tieto krajiny v minulosti trvali na tom, že vo vlastných  kolóniách sa uplatňuje občianstvo domínia kolónie. Dnes sa čudujú, že im táto sociálna bomba vybuchla do tváre. Prichádzajú totiž ľudia, ktorí získali úplne legálne občianstvo týchto krajín a to  po rodičoch, hoci nikdy s daným domíniom nemali nič spoločného. O tomto sa zas taktne mlčí. Dnes sme dokonca svedkami ako sa Európania stávajú nevoľníkmi vo vlastnej krajine aj vďaka uplatňovaniu „ľudskoprávnemu imperializmu“ zo strany protinárodne orientovaných štruktúr. Aby sme tieto štruktúry identifikovali musíme poznať ich slovník. Tým sú eufemizmy ako je „politická korektnosť“, „humanitárne bombardovanie“, „obranná vojna na druhej pologuli“ , prípadne ďalší skvost „Zákerný nepriateľ napadol naše lietadlá, pokojne bombardujúce jeho dediny a mestá“.

Declaration on Migration

by the members of the Informal Economic Forum Economic Club Association and its International Peace Committee

Is it really so that because of corporate media and the so-called “Happy Sun Smileys” we have become, in inverted commas, so “timid” and, in fact, cowardly that we simply hesitate to call a fool – a fool, a villain – a villain and a parasite – a parasite? Probably not. We are constantly being warned of the threat of Islamization; would it not be high time to say also something different? Writer Ivan Yefremov states with regret in his novel “The Bull’s Hour” this: "Unfortunately, the main religious book, the most technical and powerful one of past civilisations – white – was the Bible which is full of evil, betrayal, tribal animosity and endless killings...."

In this case, we, do, however, not talk about the centuries-old controversies and wars nor do we have an issue in which of the “Holy Scriptures” is the right one, which faith is the only one to save the world. These are trifling disputes because they ignore the essence of a religious faith, i.e. the influence of its original humanistic ideals. Here, we refer to disputes over the nations by who God stands or even over “who is the chosen people”. This is mere “idle talk” in view of the current situation which calls for a decision to be finally taken if we want to avoid our mutual wiping out as the "homo" species.

Current migration is a meticulously politically and media organised clash with our European civilisation. If we take Huntington's book “Clash of Civilisations” as the basis, then the author understood the clash of civilisations as a potentiality in a distant future. The devil, if we should believe in his existence, has certainly whispered this in the ears of some politicians.

So why not to speed up this clash?

This is why the leaving current “dollar world” has organised wars in Africa and the Middle East. Thanks to the bearer of German power, Chancellor A. Merkel, who successfully contributes to the import of migrants to the EU, we have here what we have. So, Mrs Merkel, only a short advice based on your words at the time when you were in office less than a year, “that decision will be taken by Prime Ministers”. Love minus responsibility for the consequences of one’s actions is nothing more than simple-minded good-naturedness. By the way, in Slovakia, we use to say “the road to hell is paved with good intentions”. However, your people feel the hell of your decisions already today. But let's move on, as Victor Hugo used to say: "Nothing is stronger than an idea whose time has come." I only hope that these ideas of us will find their way to you on time.

In Slovakia, we have also seen that some social groups have not acted in an open manner in the domain of public policy. Some of them are hiding from the public, they are involved in backstage politics, or while being engaged in it, they try to create the impression that they are not engaged in politics but do something different. Well, we will say without any shyness that our club is publicly engaged in politics. It is not the primary role of our club but we do so because the relationship between economy and politics is indisputable. Our club does not engage in conspiracy, which is not true for many NGOs paid by foreign countries. As we have now touched upon this issue, it is necessary to say that conspiracies are not an easy case. In any real conspiracy, there is its own “brain trust” which specifies, defines objectives of the conspiracy, identifies the ways and means for their accomplishment, follows the course of action, and, if necessary, corrects the plans. Next to it, there is also a high-performing periphery of voluntary and sometimes paid useful idiots and, indeed, we have also plenty of them in Slovakia.

Given the above circumstances, any historical process can always be accurately described because nations maintain their mother tongue through content-driven concepts in contrast to media that, as a matter of principle, use the empty ones unless they literally lie in live broadcasting. This is the advantage of societal memory that does not need any propaganda and language institutes to interpret history. It is, therefore, the mission of our club to design the direction of development of the culture of our members, lifestyle, and logic of our social behaviour in an open discussion.

                The economic focus of our club must not allow that the economic science teaching objective phenomena of society-wide fusing of specialised work, such as integration, corporatisation of sectors and management processes in the manufacture, distribution of goods and services, be reduced to a sort of wishful thinking of the economic contributions generated by migrants.

The economic impact of migration is a real phenomenon and it needs to be studied. First of all, we have to focus on the structure of which we, however, have no knowledge because we do not even know how many and what kind of migrants have arrived. This will also increase the pressure on the unemployment situation in Slovakia in the future. The basic set of measures concerning economic migrants, I emphasise economic migrants, should look like this:

1. We recommend the Government of the Slovak Republic to track in the form of statistics at least the structure and numbers in the following areas:

• unskilled – people with no or elementary education (primary school);
• semi-skilled - people with secondary education (high school);
• qualified – people with first or second-degree education (graduate studies completed with the title of e.g. BA – 1st degree or the title of e.g. Ing., MA., etc. – 2nd degree);
• highly qualified – people with tertiary education (postgraduate studies - for example, PhD) and higher degrees.

2. In the legislative field – to properly define the whole area of work permits in connection with the acquisition of citizenship in an EU Member State – according to the principle of “lex domici” – which means the national law of the given Member State.
3. In the field of finance, we recommend the Government to track remittances, i.e. the money flowing abroad to the families of migrants. It is necessary to monitor their volumes and to introduce their consistent state regulation. Regulation will have a secondary effect on the direction of migration flow. Costs of their integration in society should be also included here.
4.  In the area of education – to consistently collect the costs of language and other training of such labour.

Luckily, Slovakia has not been a colonising country and, thus, it is free from the pressure associated with the citizenship institute e.g. in Britain, France, the Netherlands and the like. In the past, these countries insisted on applying the colony’s dominion citizenship in their own colonies. Today, they wonder that this social bomb has blown up in their faces. The thing is that the people coming have acquired the citizenship of these countries in a completely legal way; namely, after their parents, though they have never had anything to do with the given dominion. This fact has also been tactfully omitted. Today, we are even witnessing how the Europeans are becoming serfs in their own country also due to the application of “human rights imperialism” by anti-nationally oriented structures. In order to identify these structures, we must know their vocabulary. It includes euphemisms like “political correctness”, “humanitarian bombing”, “defensive war in the other hemisphere” or another gem “the insidious enemy attacked our aircrafts peacefully bombing their villages and towns”.
