Druhé z troch jesenných zhromaždení rebelujúceho združenia a jeho Medzinárodného mierového výboru v jedinečnom restaurante Liviano
V úvode 119. riadneho zhromaždenia celkove 269. podujatia združenia uviedol predsedajúci P. Kasalovský dôvody, prečo sa zmenil jeho program. Napriek zmene programu, neúčasti ministra zahraničných vecí a európskych záležitostí SR M. Lajčáka kvôli neplánovanej návšteve u amerického partnera M. Pompea, prišlo na zhromaždenie 68 riadnych členov a jedenásť hostí. P. Kasalovský povedal : "Som rád, že sú medzi nami diplomati ČĽR a Ruskej federácie, veľvyslanci Lin Lin a A. Fedotov, a niekoľko diplomatov z iných štátov".
"Žiaľ, predstavitelia misie Spojených štátov na pozvánky, ale ani na naše podnety vôbec nereagujú. Je to už povestných sedem rokov. Obdobne to platí aj o diplomatoch Francúzskej republiky, Maďarska a Českej republiky. V prvej dekáde tohto storočia to boli veľmi dobré a vzájomne prospešné vzťahy. Diplomati z okolitých štátov sa venujú tiež iným aktivitám, a nie nám - akoby rebelujúcej organizácii."
Dodal aj túto informáciu : "V našom priestore sa síce už dávnejšie strácali listy, pozdravy, aj telefonáty, ale v posledných dvoch rokoch už mizne z môjho PC aj e-majlová pošta. Našťastie, že sa nám nestratili priatelia v tomto hektickom a ľudsky - mravne zložitom a takpovediac tragicky sa vyvíjajúcom svete. Sme akoby tabuizovaní vo verejnoprávnych médiách, nehovoriac o súkromných, ktoré reagujú logicky na naše aktivity, ktorými prezentujeme napríklad rešpekt voči prezidentovi USA D. Trumpovi a "nezbásňujeme" - nevymýšľame si fakty o vnútropolitickom vývoji v SR, alebo v zahraničí."
"Historicky sa akoby navraciame k šíreniu našich názorov, či priam osvety hrebendovským spôsobom. Len ten rebriňák a koňa - ťahača nemáme, ale k tomu sa časom nepochybne dopracujeme. Ešteže funguje internet." V tejto súvislosti P. Kasalovský zdôraznil, že viacerí členovia uvažujú o príprave návrhu zákona, aby prístup na internet sa stal ľudským právom. Akékoľvek úvahy o cenzúre obsahu, čo je a čo nie je konšpiratívne, sú blízke mysleniu v povojnovom období - osobitne v časoch Studenej vojny - a nebezpečné pre národ, štát, pre občanov a ľudské práva ako také, zdôraznil.
Stačí si prečítať, alebo vypočuť komentáre v našom mediálnom priestore, v ktorom je dostatok ľudí, ktorí sa cvičia akoby na prácu s myslenou gilotínou, teda dehonestácii práva na názor a jeho vyznávačov.
Predstaviteľ P. Kasalovský predložil združeniu, ktoré pôsobí už dvadsiatyšiesty rok, akoby o polrok skôr dokument "O hlavných problémoch európskej integrácie, o tvorbe životných a vôbec mierových podmienok, osobitne o africkej a azijskej imigrácii do Európskej únie". Cieľom bolo otvorenie celoklubovej diskusie a tvorba dokumentov na zlepšenie života v Slovenskej republike, v Európe a vôbec vo svete.
Dokument pripravil kolektív členov združenia a jeho Medzinárodného mierového výboru. Prezentoval ho P. Kasalovský, ktorý rozhodol na podnet viacerých členov, že je to dokument interný a prístupný bude len riadnym členom združenia na požiadanie.
V diskusii vystúpili predseda SOPK P. Mihók, P. Čatloš, D. Bohmer a prof. J. Husár.
P. Mihók hovoril o.i. o súčasnej demokracii ako o nespravodlivej voči pracujúcim, o demokracii a vzdelanosti, no aj o potrebe vygenerovať nový politický systém. Venoval sa aj otázkam spolupráce medzi štátmi a ich národmi ako o základnej podmienke zachovania mierových podmienok pre život. V súvislosti s migráciou zdôraznil, že je síce normálnym javom, ale akceptovateľná môže byť len vtedy, keď nejde o "vývoz" hodnôt do krajín, v ktorých by sa mali integrovať. V opačnom prípade ide o "inváziou", uviedol P. Mihók.
P. Čatloš sa venoval aj dôsledkom globalizácie a tiež záujmu niektorých kruhov vytvárať z obyvateľstva beztvarú masu.
D. Bohmer sa venoval problematike ľudskej čestnosti a statočnosti, o charakternosti a schopnosti stáť si za svojím názorom. Ako príklad charakternosti uviedol prof. J. Masarika počas voľby rektora UK.
Predstaviteľ združenia a spoluiniciátor Medzinárodného mierového výboru P. Kasalovský potvrdil za jeho členov prítomných a ospravedlnených členov na zhromaždení, ako aj tých, ktorí prejavili vôľu pôsobiť v dvojročnom funkčnom období, ktoré sa začne 1. decembra 2018.

The second of the three autumn meetings of the rebelling Association and its International Peace Committee in the unique Liviano restaurant
At the beginning of the 119th regular assembly which is the 269th event of the Association, Mr Kasalovský, who chaired the meeting, stated the reasons for changing the agenda. Despite the change in the agenda, the absence of Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Mr M. Lajčák, due to an unplanned visit to his US counterpart, Mr M. Pompeo, 68 regular members and eleven guests attended the event.
P. Kasalovský said: "I am glad that I may welcome among us diplomats from the PRC and the Russian Federation, Ambassadors Lin Lin and A. Fedotov, and several diplomats from other countries".
"Unfortunately, representatives of the United States Mission do not respond to our invitations and initiatives. This has already been the situation the proverbial seven years. The same is also true for the diplomats of the French Republic, Hungary and the Czech Republic. In the first decade of this century, we had very good and mutually beneficial relationships. Diplomats from neighbouring countries also engage in other activities but us - as if a rebelling organisation."
He also added this information: "In our space, letters, greetings and phone calls have been disappearing for a longer period of time, however, in the past two years, e-mails have also disappeared from my PC. Fortunately, we have not lost our friends in this hectic and human-morally complex and so to say the tragically evolving world. We have become a sort of taboo in public media, not to mention the private ones, that logically react to our activities such as presenting respect for US president D. Trump and "making no poetry" - no fabricated facts about internal political developments in the Slovak Republic and abroad."
"Looking at history, it feels as if we were returning to disseminating our views or raising awareness the way in which Hrebenda did it. The only thing we miss is a hay wagon and a horse - the puller, though, I am sure one day we will get there, too. Luckily, the Internet still works. "In this context, Mr Kasalovský emphasised that several members are considering drafting a law to make Internet access a human right. He stressed that any thoughts of content censorship, what is and what is not a conspiracy, are coming close to the way of thinking in the post-war period - especially during the Cold War - and they pose a danger to the nation, state, citizens and human rights in general.
It is enough to read or listen to comments in our media space, where you find plenty of people practising work with an imaginary guillotine, i.e. discrediting the right to an opinion and its followers.
The representative, Mr Kasalovský, presented the Association, which has already been in place twenty-sixty years, the document "On the main challenges of European integration, on the creation of life and peace conditions, in particular on African and Asian immigration into the European Union" a half year earlier. The aim was to open an all-club discussion and to draft documents aiming at the improvement of life in the Slovak Republic, in Europe and in the world in general.
The document was drafted by a team composed of members of the Association and its International Peace Committee. It was presented by Mr Kasalovský, who decided at the request of several members that it is an internal document with access only for regular members of the Association on request.
SOPK Chairman P. Mihók, P. Čatloš, D. Bohmer and prof. J. Husár took the floor in the discussion.
Mr Mihók talked inter alia about contemporary democracy being unfair to the working people, democracy and education as well as about the need to generate a new political system. He also elaborated on the issues of cooperation between states and their peoples as the basic requirement for maintaining peaceful living conditions. On migration, he stressed that it is a normal phenomenon. However, it can only be acceptable when it does not involve "export" of values to countries where they should get integrated. Otherwise, it is an "invasion," P. Mihók said.
P. Čatloš also addressed the consequences of globalisation and the interest of some circles in transforming the population into a shapeless mass.
D. Bohmer elaborated on the issue of human honesty and bravery, integrity and the ability to stand firmly by one's opinion. He mentioned prof. J. Masarik during the election of the rector of Comenius University as an example of human integrity.
A representative of the Association and the co-initiator of the International Peace Committee, Mr Kasalovský, confirmed members present and those who excused their absence during the meeting as well as those who expressed their willingness to accept the two-year term of office commencing on 1 December 2018 as its members.

Due to an unexpected invitation by the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to visit the USA on November 14, 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Miroslav Lajcak is unable to attend our meeting. Therefore the program of the 119th General Assembly and 269th event of the Informal Economic Forum Economic Club has been modified as follows :
Opening of a whole-club discussion on the main issues of European integration, the creation of life conditions and sustainable peace for all mankind, and especially on the issues of African and Asian immigration. Peter Kasalovsky, the representative of the Economic Forum and its International Peace Committee, will deliver opening address.
